Impactors help set the tone before service even begins. By arriving early, praying, and being fully present, they make sure no guest ever feels alone. Their energy, enthusiasm, and heart create a welcoming atmosphere where people feel seen, connected, and ready to encounter God.

Igniters have a heart to serve and need flexibility. This level allows you to stay connected and serve consistently. Igniters serve at least one Sunday a month and often help outside by greeting guests with smiles, waves, and contagious joy that lights up the day.

Next Up is for those who are hungry to grow and ready to be developed. This level bridges the gap between volunteering and stepping into the Home Team. You will serve inside, grow in confidence, and be trained to help guests and answer questions as you prepare for your next step.

The Home Team is the heartbeat of Uproar. This team shows up week after week to help carry the mission and vision of the church. Home Team members are committed to building family, serving with excellence, and growing in their walk with God while loving people well.

Team Leads are trusted leaders who help protect and shape the culture of Uproar. These are individuals who have shown faithfulness, heart, and a desire to serve people well. Team Leads are intentionally invested in and mentored as they grow personally, spiritually, and as leaders.
